Driver/Warehouse Storeperson - Canberra, ACT

The Role

Immediate start Full Time position!

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Driver with good customer service skills and a high level of enthusiasm to join our team located at our Canberra branch.  You will be responsible for delivering orders to customers, receiving and dispatching goods, picking and packing orders and general warehouse duties. You will also need to adhere to the Company's WHS policies and procedures.

This is a fulltime position working from Monday to Friday. We're located in a convenient location with a fantastic team culture and a safe working environment.

You will be responsible for various warehouse activities including:

• Delivering to customers

• Loading and unloading of stock into vans, on and off trucks and containers.

• Picking and packing of stock for customer orders.

• Putting away stock supplies in their correct locations.

• Assisting with the receiving and dispatching of stock.

• General warehouse duties.

You will need to:

• Hold a current, full, manual ACT Driver's License and have a solid driving record.

• Be physically fit, self-motivated, reliable and willing to work hard.

• Show a stable work history.

• Demonstrate an excellent attendance record.

• Have a high attention to detail.

• Have good written and spoken communication skills.

• Have a basic level of computer Literacy.

• Be able to work well within a team.

• Possess solid warehousing experience in a fast moving warehouse environment.

• Be dedicated to working in a safe manner and satisfying customer needs.

• Hold or be willing to obtain a current High Reach forklift license.
