Student Administrative Services provides service and support to students across the student lifecycle from admission to graduation. The team works with a focus on our key partner, the Department of Defence and across portfolio partners and other departments to enable the delivery of quality education, research and student experience across the Faculty and schools, including lifelong learning.
The Client Services Officer positions are responsible for the tasks relating to undergraduate, postgraduate, and higher degree research student cohorts. Join a collaborative team that plays a vital role in supporting students throughout their university journey. As a Client Services Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support across a broad range of student lifecycle activities, from admissions and enrolment through to assessment, graduation and student engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
