Saw Cutter/Workshop Hand

True Metal Solutions is looking for a hard working  saw cutters/workshop hands who have a strong work ethic to help in our growing steel sales and fabrication workshop.

Experience and basic knowledge of the steel industry is a must.

Your duties will include but not be limited to: Sweeping Floor, Tidying up, Cutting, drilling, punching, Folding and grinding of various types of steel, stainless steel and aluminium sections.

You must be willing to do manual lifting jobs every day. 

You will also need to communicate through a hand held radio.

You must be able to read a tape measure and be able to read and write.

You must have a can do attitude and willing to do all task given to you.

Must be able to work Monday to Friday and every second Saturday.

You will also be required to load and unload trucks, so a forklift licence is of benefit but not a must.

A permanent position will be offered to the successful applicant. After a 3 month probation period .

Casual Award

Adult -$33.50 an hour Casual 38hr week

Junior- $12 - $33 an hour Casual 38hr week
