Buttrose Earthmovers is seeking experienced Excavator and Dozer Operators to join our team on the Palmer Wind Farm Project. If you’re a motivated operator who takes pride in quality work, works safely, and has strong GPS machine control experience, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

You’ll be working as part of a high-performing civil construction crew delivering large-scale bulk earthworks, including:

• Bulk earthworks and site preparation
• Cut and fill operations
• Access road construction
• Hardstand and foundation preparation
• Working to design levels using GPS machine control
• Daily pre-starts and machine maintenance
• Working safely within a team-focused environment

What You’ll Need

• Demonstrated experience operating Excavators and/or Dozers on large civil earthworks projects
• GPS machine control experience is ESSENTIAL
• White Card
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Civil construction or wind farm experience will be highly regarded
