We are a medium-sized private practice with locations in Wollongong and Sutherland, bringing together a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, counsellors, and therapy assistants.

The Role

We are looking for a general psychologist, clinical registrar, clinical psychologist, or accredited mental health social worker to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based support to adolescents and adults

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families

• Create an inclusive, respectful therapeutic environment

• Collaborate with professionals such as GPs, psychiatrists, teachers, and case managers

• Contribute to case formulations and treatment plans tailored to each client

• Engage in trauma-focused CPD and supervision opportunities

• Access opportunities for professional growth and leadership

• Enjoy flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends if preferred

What We’re Looking For

• Registration with AHPRA (Provisionals awaiting registration encouraged to apply) or AASW

• Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number

• Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain before starting)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Commitment to professional development and supervision

• Experience in evidence-based methods, with openness to learning advanced techniques

• Preferred: EMDR Therapy Training and SIRA Accreditation
