Surface Civil Infrastructure & Pipeline Works

Reay Services Group (RSG) is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor, along with Multi-Skilled Operators, to join our team for works across the Bowen Basin.

We are looking for experienced, reliable and safety-focused personnel to undertake a variety of tasks associated with surface civil infrastructure and pipeline works.

SUPERVISOR POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee and coordinate crews undertaking civil infrastructure, pipeline, polywelding and associated surface works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workers

• Oversee daily site activities and allocate work to crews

• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and JSAs

• Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with site procedures, SWMS and RSG requirements

• Monitor work quality, productivity and progress

• Ensure plant pre-starts, inspections and required documentation are completed

• Identify and manage hazards and changing site conditions

• Liaise with RSG management and client/site representatives

• Maintain a strong safety culture across the crew

• Assist with hands-on site activities where required

Supervisor Requirements:

• G1,8,9 / G2 competencies

• Current Standard 11 (S11)

• Current Coal Board Medical (CBM)

• Previous supervisory experience within mining, civil construction, pipelines or surface infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of mine site safety and compliance requirements

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Relevant RII competencies/tickets

MULTI-SKILLED OPERATORS / LABOURERS

We are also seeking Multi-Skilled Operators who can work across a variety of tasks associated with surface civil infrastructure and pipeline works.

Scope of Works May Include:

• General labouring duties

• Excavator, loader and backhoe operation

• Polywelding activities

• Assisting trades and supervisors

• General civil and pipeline works

• Working within mine site safety and operational procedures

Please note: These are not 100% operating positions. Successful applicants must be willing to get off the machine and assist with hands-on labouring and general site duties as required.

Operator Requirements:

• Current Standard 11 (S11)

• Current Coal Board Medical (CBM)

• Current RII Tickets – Excavator, Loader, Backhoe and Grader

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Strong commitment to safety and site procedures

• Mining, civil construction or pipeline experience preferred

• 7/7 or 4/3 roster options

• DIDO – Bowen Basin

• Camp accommodation provided

• Immediate start available for suitable candidates
