About the role
The ideal candidate is a highly organised and analytical leader with experience managing health information systems, reporting processes and administrative teams within a complex healthcare environment. They will possess strong data management capabilities, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights that support service improvement, operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

This role is responsible for managing administrative staff while supporting multiple stakeholders across Peri-operative Services and Admissions. Can you provide an example of how you have led a team through a period of change, competing priorities, or service improvement?
Tell us about a project where you analysed complex healthcare data and translated your findings into meaningful recommendations or actions. How did your analysis influence decision-making or improve service delivery?
Describe a time when you worked with multiple stakeholders to improve performance against a key KPI. How did you engage stakeholders with competing priorities, use data to influence decision-making, and what was the outcome?
