Behind every successful Pinnacle event there is an amazing Lead Facilitator (Activity Instructor) who makes the magic happen.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating engaging experiences, fostering fun, and helping teams unlock their full potential.
About the Role:
As a Lead Facilitator (Activity Instructor), you’ll be responsible for:
Facilitating team-building activities and workshops that empower teams to achieve. This will see you traveling from our Newcastle based HQ to beautiful locations around NSW - the Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Sydney, Wollongong and Southern Highlands being the main places we work. Travel is a key feature of this role. You will facilitate to groups of corporate adults - our clients include the likes of Woolworths, HSBC, Macquarie Bank, in addition to Government Departments and Schools. We have tried and tested content that you will learn and present, bringing your charisma and personal touch to the proven system.
Preparing events to ensure seamless delivery. Each event is yours to plan, prepare and execute. Some events you will be working alone and others as part of a small and experienced team.
Managing equipment and stock levels to keep everything running smoothly. We host 1300+ events per year and require systems and processes to be seamless.
Representing Pinnacle Team Events with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. We love what we do and come to work excited!
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:
Confident and articulate communicator. You will be communicating with corporate clients via phone and email as well as presenting live on event day. Professional, proficient, authentic, and error free written and verbal communication is paramount.
Strong organisational skills – from time management to client liaison, and MCing
Comfortable with computer tasks (Microsoft Word, Outlook, CRM Systems, AI etc.)
Valid Driver’s Licence
A ‘Say Yes’ attitude with an ability to get things done
Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable)
Background in Sport & Recreation, Event Management, Outdoor Education, Teaching or Personal Training (desirable)

This is an amazing package with generous salary PLUS yearly and monthly bonuses PLUS vehicle with all fuel paid for. Total package between $90,000-$110,000 p.a.
