We are seeking an Administration Assistant on a Part-Time basis ( 6:30am - 2:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) to support procurement operations in WA, coordinating orders, logistics, reporting, and supplier management. You’ll work along side the Floral and potted buyer.

What You’ll Do

· Support state procurement operations, coordinating orders, suppliers, and logistics

· Raise and manage purchase orders, adjustment notes, and vendor communications

· Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports

· Liaise with national teams and suppliers to ensure consistent supply of materials

· Track and report on supplier performance and product availability

· Ensuring compliance with stocktake and floral buy targets and liaising with the financial analyst and national team on any discrepancies.

· Working hand in hand with the product developer on weekly recipes, ranges and any substitution changes.

· Availability required during peak periods (Valentine’s, Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas)

What We’re Looking For

· Understanding of procurement principles, sourcing, and supplier management

· Experience in FMCG, logistics, or purchasing roles, SAP4hana knowledge preferred

· Strong numerical, reporting, and data analysis skills

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
