Production assistant

Ace Filters International is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of premium filtration products to the hospitality, food service, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands-on team member to join our Filter Assembly Department.

This is a full-time position where you'll work as part of a close-knit production team, assembling and dispatching high-quality filtration products for customers across Australia and overseas.

Your duties will include:

• Cutting wire and other materials to specified lengths

• Assembling, inspecting, and packing filter products to company quality standards

• Assisting customers via phone and email with orders and enquiries

• Participating in stocktakes and inventory control

• Unloading and processing incoming shipping containers

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and production area

• Following all quality assurance, food safety, and workplace health and safety procedures

• Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required

To be successful, you will have:

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted working rights

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

• Basic computer skills, including email and data entry

• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, or production is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
