Villa Bambini Essendon North is growing, and we’re looking for passionate and dedicated Assistant Educators to join our warm and supportive team on a permanent part-time basis.

 About the Role

 As an Assistant Educator, you will work alongside our team to:

• Build positive and nurturing relationships with children and families.

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.

• Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.

• Contribute to children’s learning, wellbeing, and development.

• Work collaboratively with educators to maintain high-quality practices in line with the National Quality Framework.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).

• Has a genuine passion for working with young children.

• Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Is reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

• Understands the importance of child safety and professional practice.

• Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
