Cleaners will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and removing rubbish in residential and commercial premises. Daily duties include cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and office spaces, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas meet hygiene and presentation standards. Team members may also perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as window cleaning, carpet spot cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. The role involves following safety procedures, using cleaning products and equipment correctly, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.Qualifications Ability to perform a range of cleaning tasks efficiently (e.g., sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces).Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.Good time management skills, including the ability to follow schedules and complete tasks within set timeframes.Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with a reliable and professional work ethic.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and move between different work areas.Basic understanding of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment; willingness to follow health and safety guidelines.Clear and courteous communication skills to interact with supervisors, team members, and clients when required.Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is beneficial but not mandatory; training can be provided.Availability to work full-time hours, including possible early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on client needs.Valid work rights in Australia and the ability to travel to various sites in Sydney, NSW as required.
