About the role
Elleo Group is an Australian-based, fast-growing and dynamic F&B company operating 45+ Sushi & Fresh Bar locations, as well as Fine Dining, Izakaya & Bar venues across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA.
With continued growth across Australia, we are preparing to open a number of new locations nationwide this year.
We are currently looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our growing team in the following positions:
Supervisor
Field Manager
Chef
Train store teams on newly developed menu items and conduct regular menu and product reviews
Provide operational support and guidance to stores across the network
Assist with menu setup, preparation and operational requirements for new store openings
Support stock, equipment and store facility management
Develop and implement strategies to improve store sales and achieve sales targets
Review existing store processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
Train and support store teams in company operational procedures and manuals
Monitor food quality, service and operational standards across stores
Regularly visit stores and provide coaching and operational support
Work closely with Head Office and store teams to ensure consistent operational standards
Australian Permanent Residency or a valid visa with appropriate full-time work rights
Working Holiday Visa holders are not eligible for the Supervisor / Field Manager positions
Previous experience in F&B operations, franchise management or multi-site restaurant management
Experience managing or supporting multiple stores is highly desirable
Japanese restaurant or sushi/F&B management experience will be highly regarded
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work weekends when required
Ability and willingness to travel between stores, including regional and interstate locations
Current driver's licence preferred
We are also seeking experienced and passionate Chefs to join our growing culinary team.
Prepare and cook food in accordance with company recipes and food quality standards
Assist with menu preparation and the implementation of new menu items
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
Manage stock rotation, food preparation and kitchen inventory
Assist with kitchen operations and maintain a clean and organised work environment
Support new store openings, including kitchen setup and menu implementation
Work closely with store management and the operations team
Train and support kitchen team members where required
Relevant commercial kitchen / restaurant experience
Japanese cuisine, sushi or F&B experience will be highly regarded
Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and willing to relocate or work across different locations in Australia
Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate

Location: Elleo Group Head Office – Eastwood, Sydney, and our stores across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA
For Chef positions, placement opportunities may be available across different locations in Australia, depending on business requirements and the candidate's experience.
Visa sponsorship may be available for suitably qualified and experienced Chef candidates.
