Job Title: Hire Store Manager

Location: Kirrawee

Hours: Full Time

We are a family owned and run business servicing the Sutherland Shire and Sydney Metro areas. We supply a wide range of general equipment, machinery, vehicles and trailers for dry hire. 

We're looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive the success of our business. 

This role will involve:

• Overseeing daily operations 

• Managing a diverse fleet of rental equipment and a small team of employees

• Ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at all times

• Rostering of staff

• Monthly invoicing and issuing of customer statements 

• Maintaining and improving where required current procedures and systems to ensure efficiency in a high growth period of the business

• Manage scheduling and budgeting of supplies

• Leading the team to meet monthly and yearly goals as well as setting new ones 

Skills we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational skills, with an eye for detail

• Proven ability to manage a dynamic team

• Goal and solutions focused  

• Previous experience in equipment rental, customer service, or a related industry.

• Driver’s Licence 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Technical understanding of common equipment used in construction, landscaping, and general DIY projects is a plus.

• Ability to handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and maintaining rental agreements.
