PRODUCT SPECIALIST, FURNITURE

• Manage contract retention and profitability, ensuring sustainable commercial outcomes
• Deliver tailored customer strategies aligned to overall business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all key client stakeholders
• Maintain deep industry knowledge, including products, systems, and value propositions
• Manage the full sales cycle and customer lifecycle effectively
• Grow share of wallet within the assigned territory
• Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and actively support compliance with company HSE policies and procedures

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within furniture, interiors, workplace solutions, or a related industry.
• A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Advanced consultative selling capability and a customer-first approach.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with resilience, adaptability, accountability, and drive.
• Intermediate to advanced skills across Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and Genesys.
• Experience analysing financial data, pricing models, contracts, and customer insights to develop tailored solutions.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
