John Hughes Group is currently seeking qualified and experienced Automotive Technicians to join our dynamic team in Rockingham, WA. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models with precision and efficiency

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections

• Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to resolve complex mechanical issues

• Accurately document all work performed and maintain service records

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide expert advice

• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and industry best practices

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A formal qualification in Automotive Technology or a relevant trade

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Automotive Technician

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship

• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
