Occupational Therapist | Part-Time | Community + Clinic | Melbourne's West

Our Physio Co has been delivering allied health across aged care since 2010, and we've since grown into community and NDIS work too. Sixteen years in, we've added a clinic to the mix, based in Avondale Heights, and we're looking for an OT to split their week between home visits across Melbourne's west and sessions on-site.
The caseload:Paediatrics- developmental support, ASD, early interventionAdults- neurological, physical and psychosocial presentationsOlder adults- functional decline, independence and mobility supportA genuine mix of NDIS, Home Care Package and private clients
The work:Assessments, functional reports and therapy plansHome modifications and assistive technology prescriptionsInterventions split between clients' homes and our Avondale Heights clinicWorking alongside physios, speechies, podiatrists and dietitians under one roof
What we're after:AHPRA-registered OT with NDIS experience; you know your way around a plan and a support coordinator relationshipComfortable moving between community and clinic in the same weekSomeone who can comfortably work around a multidisciplinary team
