About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant specialising within Government or an experienced Recruitment Coordinator ready to step up.
You will focus on white-collar federal and state government sectors nationally.
This role will be focusing on developing strong talent pools with constant active live jobs.
You will conduct regular virtual meetings with clients to build meaningful connections and deeply understand their key requirements. This role works heavily with Request for Quote (RFQs), writing quotes for our existing government panels.

Ultimately, you will be the driving force behind our candidate delivery strategy, ensuring our government partners receive top-tier talent efficiently. Your ability to manage these processes seamlessly will directly contribute to our ongoing success across the public sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Respond to RFQs and prepare detailed quotes.
• Build and manage active talent pools for federal and state government panels
• Collaborate with a supportive team to provide top talent
• Participate in Teams Meetings engaging with people managers

What We Are Looking For

• Experience as a recruitment consultant, or strong recruitment coordinator (Experience recruiting within the government sector will be highly regarded)
• Knowledge or exposure to government sectors, panels, or public service recruitment.
• Strong written skills for RFQs and quoting.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on candidate delivery
