About the role
As CEO/PEO, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and overall management of this dynamic education provider. You will drive the organisation's growth and development, ensuring its continued success in delivering high-quality education and training programs. This is a full-time position based in Western Sydney, NSW.
What you'll be doing
Providing strategic leadership and vision to the organisation, setting goals and objectives to achieve long-term growth and sustainability
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the institute, including financial management, resource allocation, and the implementation of policies and procedures
Representing the institute to key stakeholders, such as government agencies, industry partners, and the local community, to build strong relationships and secure new opportunities
Leading and inspiring a talented team of educators, administrators, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
Continuously seeking ways to enhance the institute's educational offerings, innovation, and overall student experience
Ensuring the institute remains compliant with Australian Skills Quality Authority and the Standards for RTOs 2015
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or in a similar executive position
A proven track record of driving growth and organisational success within the education or training sector
Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure financial sustainability
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
A deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements in the education industry
A passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for students
