Who are we looking for?
We're currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Derivatives Documentation Negotiator to join LOD on a career-enhancing assignment with one of the world's leading banking and financial services organisations.
In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, supporting a range of derivatives documentation and negotiation activities. Responsibilities will include negotiating and managing derivatives-related agreements, advising on associated legal and regulatory matters, and providing commercially focused legal support to the business. This is a full-time assignment, initially running for 6 months.
To join us, you will:
Have at least 8 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
Possess strong experience in derivatives documentation and negotiation, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and related trading documentation
Have proven ability to provide strategic legal advice to financial institutions, investment firms, corporates, and other market participants, while delivering commercially focused solutions
Be confident managing competing priorities and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
