Who are we looking for?
We're currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Derivatives Documentation Negotiator to join LOD on a career-enhancing assignment with one of the world's leading banking and financial services organisations.

In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, supporting a range of derivatives documentation and negotiation activities. Responsibilities will include negotiating and managing derivatives-related agreements, advising on associated legal and regulatory matters, and providing commercially focused legal support to the business. This is a full-time assignment, initially running for 6 months.

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 8 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)

• Possess strong experience in derivatives documentation and negotiation, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and related trading documentation

• Have proven ability to provide strategic legal advice to financial institutions, investment firms, corporates, and other market participants, while delivering commercially focused solutions

• Be confident managing competing priorities and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
