Customer Service/Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Bank reconciliations and daily financial transactions

• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and statements

• Process payroll (if applicable)

• Assist with BAS preparation and liaise with external accountants

• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records

• General office administration and document management

• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and office resources

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide customer support

• Assist management with reporting and other administrative tasks

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in administration and accounts

• Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team
