Operations and Logistics Manager

Located in the industrial area in Ballarat. 

Role:

• Senior role overseeing the day to day running of our busy factory 

• Organising and ordering different materials and parts from different suppliers

• Stock management 

• Schedule workflow, staff, customer collection and delivery dates

• Run through the basic operations with the customer when collecting from the factory 

• Take calls to answer questions when the customer has queries/ troubleshoot difficulties operating the machines

Required:

• Experience in a similar role in the caravan or trailer industry, managing a warehouse, logistics, scheduling jobs and staff 

• A mechanical or boiler making background would be ideal, so you have a general understanding and knowledge in parts for manufacturing our product

• Excellent communication and staff management skills 

• You will be able to work unsupervised, be proactive and have an eye for detail

• You will need to be a reliable self-starter; able to accurately organise yourself daily to meet deadlines

This role is FULL TIME: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm 

We manufacture commercial trailers and machinery in Ballarat VIC.
