• Your comprehensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to maintain the highest level of guest experience in a multifaceted hospitality business.
• A Bachelor Degree or three years working in a similar position.
• Your expertise hiring, onboarding and managing diverse teams – to support individuals to be their best selves.
• You’ll contribute to shaping engaging training and development programs for the team
• You enjoy juggling a multitude of activities and appreciate process, structure and the importance of upholding agreed upon standards. You enjoy completing dining reports, supporting rostering and ensuring our home is safe, well organised and magnifique at all times.

Acknowledging our 7 day a week endeavour, we’re looking for a flexible Assistant Manager to ensure our venue is covered in the busiest of times.

You’ll work closely with our Venue Manager

 Summary:

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of a food service establishment, ensuring high-quality service and food, managing finances, personnel, and logistics, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Oversee food preparation and quality control
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Deal with customer complaints and resolve issues
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
• Manage finances, including budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders
