Beal Electrical Services is a thriving family-run business established in 2011, known for providing friendly and efficient service to our commercial and domestic clients. With a large team, we've built a positive culture and are now looking to expand. We're seeking a passionate and skilled A-Grade electrician to join us for a long-term career as a Service & Maintenance Electrician.
🧰 About the RoleThis role offers a variety of work with long-term clients, including renovation builders, real estate agents, body corporates, and domestic customers. You'll work on multiple projects across Melbourne, from routine service calls, fault finding and compliance to commercial fit-outs, new builds, and renovations.
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a licensed electrician who can work both independently and as part of a team, mentoring our apprentices. We envision the successful candidate growing with us, eventually managing their own team and work pillar suited to their skills and personality.
Key responsibilities include:
Domestic and Commercial Maintenance: From routine service calls to complex repairs and fault finding.
Renovations: Working seamlessly with builders on kitchen and bathroom projects.
Compliance Testing & Defect Rectification: Ensuring everything is safe and up to standard. Timely and accurate completion of reporting.

We're looking for someone who is more than just a skilled electrician—we want a great team member. You are someone who is:
Methodical and thrives on getting the details right.
A great time manager who gets things done.
Resilient and works well under pressure.
Someone who takes pride in your work and your team's achievements.
Honest, kind, and family-oriented.
Observant, with an attention to detail that allows you to pre-empt and solve problems.
A Victorian A-Grade license with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed electrician.
A current driver's license.
Full Australian working rights.
A Construction Induction Card (White Card).
A sound understanding of and commitment to workplace health and safety.
Preferred, but not essential:
SimPro experience
Working at Heights / EWP license.
CMA / open cabling license with endorsements.
If you're a methodical thinker who loves a challenge and wants to build a long-term career with a dynamic, growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
Salary is negotiable based on your experience and skill set.
