Role DescriptionThe Financial Analyst will analyze financial data and business performance to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and informed decision-making. This role is responsible for preparing financial analysis, identifying trends and variances, and providing actionable insights that contribute to business performance and financial objectives.The position will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and performance analyses. The role will evaluate financial results, monitor key performance indicators, assess business opportunities, and support management with accurate and timely financial information.Key responsibilities include analyzing revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance; preparing management reports and financial models; conducting variance analysis; supporting budgeting and forecasting processes; and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement. The Financial Analyst will also maintain data accuracy, improve reporting processes, and contribute to financial planning initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting principles.Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify meaningful trends.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial models, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.Familiarity with ERP, financial planning, business intelligence, or data visualization systems.Ability to prepare clear financial reports, presentations, and management insights.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly.Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
