Senior Import Sea Freight and Customer Service

With a strong reputation for professionalism and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Import Sea Freight & Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and manage full-cycle import sea freight operations (FCL, LCL).

• Communicate and liaise with clients, shipping lines, transport operators and overseas agents.

• Handle customer enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve service issues proactively.

• Monitor shipments, update systems, and ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and internal SOPs.

• Advanced use of CargoWise.

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

• Assist other departments and support team development as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years freight forwarding experience.

• In-depth knowledge of international shipping practices, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in CargoWise software and MS Office.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
