Production Estimator

We're now seeking a Production Estimator to deliver accurate estimating outcomes across a diverse residential portfolio of detached-homes and townhouses. In this role, you’ll prepare detailed take-offs and pricing for Greenfield and Knockdown-Rebuild projects while working closely with internal teams to support smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate construction estimates for Greenfield and Knockdown-Rebuild homes
• Complete detailed take-offs, tenders, and supporting documentation including selections and finishes
• Review plans and project details for compliance with building codes and council requirements
• Identify potential onsite challenges early and provide practical solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information within internal systems
• Work closely with drafting, contracts, engineering, and consultancy teams
• Support estimating across a mix of single, double storey and medium density projects

You’ll Bring

• Experience in production estimating within residential construction
• Strong take-off and quoting capability with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work across changing priorities and adapt to different project types
• A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas
• Confidence learning and working within new systems and processes
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Experience with Databuild and Bluebeam will be highly regarded
