Position Overview: As a Mobile Mechanic, you will provide convenient, on-site automotive repair and maintenance services to our clients. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction—all while representing our company with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models.

• Respond promptly to service requests and communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle needs.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

• Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or similar role.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., cert III) preferred.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Own tools and reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
