Current Opportunity Room Leaders (Part-Time - Up to 37.5 hours per week) Ideal for experienced early childhood professionals who are passionate about leading teams, mentoring educators, and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning and development.

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive, professional, and collaborative approach
• Availability to work on a 5-day rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm
