About Chermside Day Hospital
Chermside Day Hospital features specialised, purpose-built facilities, high quality equipment, and is self-sufficient. Facilities include state-of-the-art operating theatres and procedure rooms, a spacious Post Anaesthesia Care (Recovery) Unit, comfortable Second Stage recovery room and well-appointed consulting suites. The hospital also features a self-contained sterilizing department and endoscope processing service.

We are looking for dedicated, Scrub/Scout nursing staff with perioperative experience to join us on a permanent full/part-time basis.

To be successful in your application for this position, you will have:

• Exceptional clinical skills

• Knowledge of and adherence to safe work practices

• The ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team

• An enthusiastic approach in the delivery of a high standard of nursing care

• Ophthalmic nursing experience preferred

Essential criteria

• Current AHPRA nursing registration

• Scrub/Scout experience
