We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Full-Time Supervisor to join our Michael Kors David Jones Hay Street location.

Working a 38-hour roster from Tuesday to Saturday, you will support our small team in driving sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and business goals

• Delivering a luxury customer experience that reflects the Michael Kors brand

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Supporting clienteling, CRM initiatives, and in-store events

• Assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and operational excellence

• Acting as a key support to the management team and stepping up when required

• Previous leadership experience within retail, fashion, or luxury retail

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results

• Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising standards

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence using retail systems and technology

• Ability to motivate and develop team members
