Sales Assistant - Casual

About the role

Join the team at Court & Spark Boutique as a Sales Assistant . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the overall operations of our retail store in Mackay, QLD , located at Canelands Shopping Centre.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience

• Assisting customers with product selection, recommendations and checkout processes

• Maintaining the visual presentation and organisation of the store to create an inviting atmosphere

• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

• Handling cash and card transactions accurately

• Adhering to store policies and procedures to support the overall operations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the retail industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

• Ability to work well in a team and independently to complete tasks efficiently

• Flexible availability to work during store opening hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude to contribute to the vibrant store environment
