Medical Receptionist

We're looking for a customer-focused and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team across our East Albury & West Albury clinic. This is a casual position offering shifts from Monday - Thursday between 5:00pm and 9:00pm, as well as an occasional Friday shift from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and visitors at reception

• Scheduling appointments across a range of modalities (e.g. X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound)

• Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers

Key Qualifications: 

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous Health Care experience.

• Exhibit genuine care and understanding for patients' well-being.

• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
