Experienced Dental Assistant

We are excited to welcome you to our practice. You will be joining a growing team of dentists and support staff. Campbell Dental Practice is a family-owned practice in Campbell. We are committed to providing excellent dental care and services to our patients. Your role will be to provide support to the dentists and other team members to achieve our clinical goals.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

• Building rapport with patients

• Chair side assisting during clinical procedures

• Comply with sterilisation and cross infection prevention procedures and protocols

• Assist with laboratory duties

• Perform office administrative duties and reception

• An outgoing, bubbly personality

• Have an ability to be empathetic and compassionate

• Have the willingness to provide excellent service

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Good attention to detail

• Good time management skills and be able to think on your feet

• Self-motivated and a great work ethic

• Be able to set own goals and be willing to learn and take direction

• Understand your role as a team player

• Availability to work weekend days as needed

• Above award rates - dependent on skill level

An immediate start is desired.

This position offers flexibility as either full-time or part-time work arrangements. Must be available to work Monday, Thursday and Friday.
