About the Role

This is a physical, outdoor role suited to someone mature, reliable, and comfortable working in Tasmanian weather. You’ll work across residential and commercial sites, mostly autonomously but always supported by a strong team.

Duties include:

• Gutter and downpipe cleaning using specialised vacuum equipment

• Roof and gutter inspections

• Solar panel cleaning, lichen treatment, gutter guard maintenance

• Cleaning pits and stormwater drains

You must be safety-focused, attentive to detail, and confident working at heights.

• Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work

• Good problem-solving and customer service skills

• Attention to detail and pride in doing the job properly

• Reliable — finishes the job and doesn’t clock-watch

• Willing to learn; Working at Heights experience is a bonus

• Professional, respectful, and able to represent the brand well

Requirements

Must have or be willing to obtain:

• Full Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle

• Current National Police Check (clear of assault or similar charges)

• Working With Vulnerable People card

• Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations – (for aged care sites)

• Working at Heights ticket (preferred; training available)

• White Card
