We're not a traditional agency. Innovize operates as an embedded marketing function for our clients, which means we're a group of people who each specialise in a given vertical, but can easily jump and do all verticals of marketing. We sit inside the business, understand what actually drives revenue, and build systems that truly delivers results.

Our client roster spans premium fintech and crypto brands through to skincare, legal, property, and e-commerce. One day you're crafting a LinkedIn narrative for a lending platform, the next you're editing a skit for a skincare brand's TikTok.

We're a small, fast team run by two founders who are on camera, in the work, and in the room. We're building toward something significantly bigger, and this role is a foundational piece of it.

The Role

You'll lead content across our client portfolio and our own brand. This is not a "schedule the posts" job. You'll take a brief, understand the business behind it, decide what the content needs to do, and then make it, whether that's a video edit, a static, a caption, or a full campaign concept.

You'll also be a co-face of the agency. Our founders appear in our content, and you will too. We build in public, we make skits about the industry, and our own channels are our best sales tool. If you want to hide behind a screen, this isn't your role. If you've always wanted your face and your work to build an audience, it is.

What You'll Do

• Edit video at a high level. Short-form and long-form across CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe. Pacing, sound design, hooks, captions; you know an edit is a story told at speed, and you cut accordingly.
• Design statics that stop the scroll. Figma, Canva, Higgsfield, and Claude for image and design work. You move fluently between tools and pick the right one for the job.
• Write. Captions, hooks, scripts, threads, long-form LinkedIn posts. Copy is half the craft, and yours holds attention without begging for it.
• Think in funnels, not posts. You understand where each piece of content sits: what builds awareness, what builds trust, what converts. You can explain why a piece exists and what it's supposed to make someone do next.
• Read platforms like a native. You know when a TikTok trend is worth jumping on and when it's already dead, why the same idea needs a different cut for Reels versus LinkedIn, and which lever to pull when a client needs reach versus leads.
• Run with briefs. We'll give you context, objectives, and constraints. You'll come back with the work, plus a point of view on how to make it better. You don't need hand-holding between the brief and the deliverable.
• Appear on camera. Skits, talking-head content, behind-the-scenes, client shoots. You'll co-front the Innovize brand alongside the founders.
• Own client content end to end. Concepts, calendars, production, scheduling, client approvals, and reporting across multiple accounts at once.
• Study people, obsessively. The best content people are addicted to understanding why humans watch, share, save, and buy. You watch content and reverse-engineer why it worked. This isn't a skill we can teach; it's a curiosity you either have or you don't.

Who You Are

• A proven editor with a portfolio of short-form video that performed, not just looked nice
• A storyteller first, tool operator second; you understand narrative structure, tension, and payoff, and it shows in everything from a 15-second edit to a carousel
• Genuinely comfortable on camera, or hungry to get there fast
• Strong writer with an ear for voice; you can sound like a fintech founder in the morning and a skincare brand in the afternoon
• Someone who understands that content is a business function, not an art project; you care whether it worked
• Organised enough to run multiple client accounts without dropping balls, and honest enough to flag it early when something's off track
• Curious about people to the point of obsession: consumer psychology, audience behaviour, why things spread

Nice to Have

• Experience in an agency or multi-brand environment
• Familiarity with UGC and creator management
• Basic understanding of paid media, enough to make organic content that converts into ad creative
• Photography or product shoot experience

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
