Business Development Manager – Asset Finance

About the role

This is an autonomous, relationship-driven role where you can leverage your finance expertise and sales strength. You'll be on the road building relationships and winning business with the tools you need. The role involves building, managing, and growing referral and supplier relationships across Victoria, driving new business opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow referral and supplier relationships

• Drive new business opportunities and consistently meet/exceed KPIs

• Stay informed on asset finance products, lenders, and market trends

• Maintain necessary accreditations and compliance obligations

About you

• Proven experience in asset finance, lending, BDM roles, or a high performing sales environment

• A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets

• Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills

• Confidence working independently, backed by a national team

• Strong work ethic, discipline, and a customer first mindset

• Permanent Australian residence

• Current Australian Driver Licence

• Successful police check

• Finance or Sales industry experience
