About the role:

C & M Civil Earthworks are seeking applications from enthusiastic and committed trade qualified and experienced Boilermakers for both upcoming and ongoing project work based at Northparkes Operations, for servicing, repairs and maintenance of the constantly growing diverse onsite fleet including Caterpillar, Hitachi and Komatsu earthmoving and mining equipment. This role will operate on a Monday to Friday Day Shift only roster. DIDO option with provided accommodation is available for the right applicant.

Key responsibilities:

• High quality welding repairs and preventative maintenance of all types of earthmoving equipment including dump trucks, graders, dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, rollers, compactors, and prime movers

• Liaise with the Workshop Manager to manage and maintain service records, spare parts, scheduled servicing and repairs

• Comply with all workplace safety regulations, site policies and procedures

About you:

• Boilermaker Trade qualifications (or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years' experience working on heavy machinery in a mining/heavy industrial environment

• Current class C Manual drivers licence

• High standard of work quality

• Highly organised and self-motivated with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and also within a team environment

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, and drug and alcohol screen

• Australian Work Rights

• Desirable: HR (or greater) Licence
