About the Role

This entry level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting the coordination of freight movements between Tasmania and mainland Australia, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process freight bookings and customer orders accurately
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to support freight movements
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Monitor shipment progress and assist with issue resolution
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team

About You

• Recent graduate in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
