evo global accounts executive

At evo, our Global Account Executive makes sure that promise becomes a seamless customer experience—from order placement and stock allocation through to freight, invoicing and payment.

This is a critical role at the centre of our international business. You’ll support key customers and distributors across the globe while giving our sales team the confidence that every transaction is being managed accurately, proactively and with care.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end coordination of global customer orders, acting as the connection point between our customers, sales team, supply and production, finance, marketing, education and third-party logistics partners.

It’s a role for someone who loves making things happen: anticipating issues, keeping customers informed, coordinating multiple moving parts and ensuring nothing gets lost between an order being placed and successfully delivered.

You’ll be joining evo during an important period of growth and systems transformation, including the implementation of NetSuite. You’ll have the opportunity to help strengthen the processes that support our customers and enable our global sales teams to succeed.

• Managing global customer and distributor orders from receipt through to delivery
• Building trusted relationships with customers by providing responsive, thoughtful and reliable support
• Coordinating stock availability, allocation and order timing with supply, production and warehouse teams
• Working closely with global sales teams to support customer priorities, promotions and commercial activity
• Monitoring orders through our third-party logistics network and resolving issues before they affect the customer
• Preparing quotes, invoices, credit requests and customer account documentation
• Coordinating international freight and customs documentation
• Managing customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, replacements, credits and damages
• Monitoring account payments and supporting effective credit management
• Reconciling freight charges, customer statements and distributor funding accruals
• Coordinating stock for marketing, education and global events
• Maintaining accurate customer, order and reporting information
• Identifying opportunities to make our processes simpler, faster and more dependable

You’re an organised and commercially aware customer support professional who understands that accuracy matters—but so do pace, communication and judgement.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in account coordination, customer operations, sales support, export administration or a similar role
• Experience managing orders, invoicing and customer accounts within an ERP environment
• A sound understanding of international freight, logistics and customs requirements
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several competing priorities
• Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues across different countries and time zones
• A proactive approach to resolving problems and keeping people informed
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with NetSuite, Pronto or a similar ERP platform would be valuable
