We have a great opportunity within our Aged Care Sites. We are currently seeking for employees for the position of Maintenance Officer working across all our Residential Aged Care Sites. Being a Maintenance Officer with RAAFA means helping to provide a warm, welcoming environment for staff and residents alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete planned and preventative maintenance across the Aged Care Sites.

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct general repairs and maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers when specialist works are required.
• Assist with estate improvement and refurbishment projects.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues requiring repair or replacement.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

• Support the presentation and overall appearance of the Aged Care Facilities.

What you need to do:

• Have a valid "C" Class Drivers Licence;
• Update your resume;
• Be eligible to work in Australia;
• Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencement of employment to be within six months from date of issue) or willing to obtain one;
• Be up to date with your COVID 19 and flu vaccinations;
