Personal Care Assistant - Metro Locations

As a Personal Care Assistant at Resthaven, you'll be part of a supportive team that works together to provide high quality, person centred care to older people in our residential care homes. You'll be supported by colleagues with regular training and development opportunities to build your skills, knowledge and confidence.

Resthaven is currently seeking Expression of Interest applications in the following areas:

• Relief Pool (must be able to work across a minimum of 3 sites, AM shifts only) Permanent Part Time and Casual opportunities available
• Aberfoyle Park 
• Bellevue Heights 
• Westbourne Park
• Paradise

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience working in the role of Personal Care Assistant or similar
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or a higher related qualification
• A genuine passion for providing person centred care
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to treating every resident with trust, dignity and respect
