Position: Practice Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)
Location: Lavington, NSW
Work Schedule: Flexible, 3 days per week
Employment Type: 6-month fixed term, with genuine potential to extend. Starts Nov 2, 2026.
Are you an experienced Practice Manager or Operations Leader looking for an opportunity to lead within a values-driven allied health practice? We are seeking a warm, organised and proactive leader to join SMART Spot Education & Therapy Services as our Practice Manager while our current Practice Manager takes maternity leave.
This is an opportunity to become an integral member of our leadership team, helping shape the daily operations of a growing paediatric practice while supporting a passionate team of clinicians to do their very best work.
SMART Spot Education & Therapy Services is a well established boutique paediatric allied health practice based in Albury, supporting children, families and educators through high-quality speech pathology and occupational therapy services.
Our mission is to empower children and their families through personalised, strengths-based and evidence-informed support.
We are known for our clinical excellence, strong relationships and genuine commitment to doing what’s right for children. Every service we deliver is underpinned by current evidence, thoughtful clinical reasoning and a collaborative approach that places families and educators at the centre of the process.
We uphold the values of Connection, Empowerment, Environment, Inspiration and Respect, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our clients, families, team and wider community.
As a practice, we are continually evolving. We’re expanding our services, strengthening partnerships with schools, refining our systems and investing in the development of our team. While we have ambitious goals, we’re intentional about growing in a way that protects the quality of our services, our culture and the experience of every family who walks through our doors.
Our team is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff who care deeply about their work and about each other. We value initiative, professionalism, continuous improvement and kindness. We enjoy solving problems together, celebrating success and creating an environment where people feel trusted, supported and empowered to contribute.
Become an integral member of our leadership team, partnering closely with our Director and Clinical Team Leader to support the ongoing growth and success of the practice.
Join a clinic with documented procedures, streamlined systems and strong operational foundations. You'll be supported through a comprehensive handover and onboarding process, allowing you to step confidently into the role.
Enjoy flexibility with a 3 day work week.
Be part of a supportive and collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together.
Participate in designing our quarterly Connect & Thrive team days designed to recharge, celebrate and strengthen team connection.
Work alongside an experienced leadership team committed to continuous improvement, innovation and excellence in service delivery.
Develop your leadership capability while contributing meaningfully to the strategic direction of the practice.
Receive an above-award salary reflective of your experience, skills and leadership capability.
