A great opportunity awaits an experienced front office admin to join the thriving well established Practice for more than 20 years. Renowned for our high-quality General Dentistry services, and a team of esteemed Dentist, Therapists, and Hygienists committed to oral health, we are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our practice to new heights.
St Peters dental dental clinic is a small boutique dental clinic that’s dedicated to giving comprehensive and high-quality care for all ages. St peters dental clinic has been serving the community for more than 30 years .
About the Role:
you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing outstanding service to our patients. Working closely with our practice principle. You'll have the opportunity to set goals, plan strategically, and make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with administration tasks such as billing, scheduling patients, and maintaining patient records.
Assisting in creating protocols and manuals to streamline our processes, welcoming patients and recalls.
Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and patient satisfaction
Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the dental practice
Monitoring and optimising patient flow, scheduling, and appointment management
Assisting with and preparing for general, surgical, and implant procedures, orthodontic procedures
Adapting to a variety of clinical situations with flexibility
Building rapport with patients and ensuring their comfort
Processing and sterilising instruments
Maintaining strict sterilisation and infection control protocols
Supporting chair-side procedures and maintaining dental equipment
Managing stock, inventory, and ordering supplies
Coordinating lab work
