Warehouse Supervisor

Join one of Australia's biggest and well known Women’s fashion brands, Hello Molly! We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor (2IC) to be a part of our growing team.

The role is based in our Alexandria Warehouse in Sydney Australia.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Warehouse Supervisor that will see you working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure service commitments are achieved safely and efficiently.

You'll do:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with Warehouse Operations including receiving dispatching stock, overseeing of orders and returns management
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with Inventory organization and management
• Communicating with other departments, staff groups and suppliers
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with briefing team on the issues for that particular day
• Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment
• Initiate and implement process improvements
• Assist with management of couriers/transportation in terms of delivery receipt/dispatch
• Delivery KPIS set by team
• Assist with management of warehouse staff and casual rostering
• Physically demanding — may be required to lift up to 20kg

You'll have:

• Demonstrated experience in as a warehouse supervisor/ leader.
• 3+ years experience in warehouse environment
• Valid Australian Drivers License
• Experience with e-commence/ fashion is preferred
• Experience with PeopleVox highly regarded
• High-level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Computer literate
• Have the right to work in Australia full time.
