About the role

We are looking for a motivated 1st or 2nd Year Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice to join our growing team. You will work across a wide range of projects throughout Melbourne, providing high-quality solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist tradesmen with refrigeration and air conditioning installations, servicing and repairs

• Learn to diagnose and solve problems on site

• Work productively and effectively within a team environment

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures

• Follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

• Be eager to learn new skills and put existing skills into practice

• Be reliable, punctual and prepared to work

• Represent the company professionally when working on client sites

About you

• 1st or 2nd Year Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Apprentice preferred, but not essential

• Previous experience in the mechanical services industry is an advantage

• A genuine interest in refrigeration and air conditioning

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Current driver's licence

• Reliable transport is preferred

• Good work ethic and a positive attitude

• Strong willingness to learn

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Good communication skills
