Vending Operations Technician

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for a dynamic Site Facilitator to join our team servicing customers throughout Perth from our Malaga (and Canning Vale) sites!

Responsible for replacement and servicing of several clients, your ability to pick pack, complete your work to a high standard and communicate/escalate concerns well will be key for your success. This role is autonomous, making it ideal for someone interested in account management. This is a physical role within a phenomenal work environment with several benefits including a vehicle that can be used for personal use.

We are looking for a good communicator who is familiar with replenishment and has a great customer service manner.

What You'll be Doing:

• Source and discuss the best product and service mix to meet our clients needs, identifying price, stock availability, product alternatives and expected delivery time
• Maintain all store functions and inventory management systems
• Responsible for the delivery of inventory solutions at customer sites in partnership with Blackwoods’ stakeholders
• Support after hours requirements as requested by customer, in consultation and authorised by the supervisor/manager
• Maintain vendor relationships including supplier/manufacturing negotiation

What You'll Bring:

• Willingness to travel, with regular site visits a requirement out to customer locations
• Ability to work autonomously, on site unloading and filling vending machines
• Friendly and clear communication skills - written and verbal
• Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Full unrestricted drivers licence valid in Australia essential
