About the Role
We have exciting opportunities for Shared Residential Home Coordinators to join our Community Living Team on a Permanent Full-Time basis in a variety of locations across Perth Metro.
You will work alongside a number of other Coordinators with the shared purpose of creating a truly good life for the people we support.
This is a frontline leadership position requiring your supervisory presence in shared-living homes. This includes ensuring the highest standard of care to people with Autism through an active coaching and leadership presence. In your role, you will lead a team of Support Workers, engage with families, therapists, medical professionals, community stakeholders and the people we support.
Salary: $88,903 + on call bonus, fully maintained vehicle (inc. private use) + salary packaging = total package $125,291
