Head Chef - Yankalilla Hotel

Yankalilla is a family friendly hotel, known for its friendly service and delicious meals. The front bar raffle on a Friday night especially, brings the community together. 

As Head Chef you will play an integral role, leading the Sous Chef and kitchen team.  You must have a genuine passion for presenting quality food and be able to supervise a team to deliver that same level of quality and consistency.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in a la carte and functions

• Ability to communicate effectively with a team, both kitchen and front of house

• Commitment to hygiene, food safety and work health & safety

• Ability to work to a budget and control wage and food expenses

• Must be available to work across a 7-day roster
