Furniture Finisher / Spray Painter

Virginia, Brisbane QLD Full-Time Permanent Position

At Eurofurn, we design, manufacture and install high-quality custom furniture and commercial joinery for a range of spaces and industries.

We're looking for an experienced Furniture Finisher (Spray Painter) who takes pride in their craftsmanship and understands that great finishes start with great preparation.

Working from our Virginia Factory, you'll play a key role in the team, preparing, spraying and finishing furniture and joinery products to Eurofurn's high standards.

• Preparing and sanding solid timber, MDF and metal surfaces ready for paint
• Applying lacquer, stains, sealers, clear coats and 2-pack paint systems
• Colour matching stains and custom finishes
• Filling, masking, prepping and detailing components prior to finishing
• Inspecting finished products and completing touch-ups as required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe spray booth environment
• Handling finished products with care to prevent damage
• Working closely with the production team to meet project deadlines

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in furniture finishing, spray painting, cabinet making or commercial joinery
• Experience spraying lacquer and 2-pack paint systems
• Strong preparation and sanding skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Knowledge of safe handling practices for paints and finishing products
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
